OlympicILoveYou.Asia: TV Series Celebrating Gold Medal Olympians

In support and in celebration of the Beijing Olympics, during the launch of .Asia, DotAsia able to support the protection and utilization of .Asia domain name by prominent olympic gold medalists in China through the Celebrity Pioneer Domains program. In conjunction to that effort, DotAsia teamed up with a production company in China for a TV Drama series that aired on 35 provincial level national TV stations in the fortnight during Chinese New Year in 2008. The TV series itself featured Chinese Olympic Gold Medalists including Guo Jingjing (郭晶晶), Gao Min (高敏), Zhang Yiling (张怡宁), Deng Yaping (邓亚萍), Yang Ling (杨凌), and many others, and “.Asia” domains of participating sports stars are featured in the credits and special sites are setup at www.olympiciloveyou.asia.
