Taipei – May 9, 2025: Nominet – the guardian of the .UK domain, Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC), the Registry for .TW domains, and DotAsia Organisation (DotAsia), Registry Operator for .Asia , signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to join the APAC Trusted Notifier Network, strengthening global domain name trust and security.
The Trusted Notifier mechanism is a crucial resource used by registries and registrars to combat DNS Abuse. As part of the Trusted Notifier Network, registries can receive, review and quickly handle malicious activity, and further strengthen the security and stability of the DNS ecosystem.
